Welcome to the International Journal of Arts & Sciences’ (IJAS) academic conference at Sokol in Prague. In the Czech Republic, Sokol is the fourth most populous civic association, with nearly 190,000 members. We are honored to be at this institution especially since it recently celebrated over 150 years of providing education and culture to the Czech diaspora in North America.
Sokol’s front building is at Újezd Street 450, Prague 01. However, entrance into the building is through a side street, Všehrdova Street, where metal gates overlook the site’s parking lot. The most scenic way of reaching the conference is through a stroll on the above Charles Bridge (click here for walking directions).
